This line of course finishing salts is perfect for seasoning your food just before eating to get the crunchiness and a pop of flavor.

Available Flavors:

Heirloom Salt (plain) to use for everyday cooking.

Bourbon Barrel Smoked Salt is a partnership with Smooth Ambler Distillery. The oak barrels add a strong smokiness to the salt.

Ghost Pepper Salt has just the right level of spiciness. Add a kick to eggs, potatoes, or a salad.

Ramp Salt is made with locally harvested wild Appalachian onions. Add to hamburgers, sliced vegetables, or fish.
